This refreshing style Rosé is made from premium Pinot Noir grapes. It is a crisp wine with delicate berry fruit and melon flavours. This is the third vintage for the Hinton Estate Rosé and it has been a very popular wine. It’s at its best served chilled on a warm summer afternoon with salads or seafood.
Rosé is a blush (or white) wine made from red grapes. This particular wine was made with the juice from pinot noir grapes that were “soaked” in a tank for 48hours with the skins to obtain the blush colour. The juice was then extracted and fermented slowly in seasoned oak barrels thus gaining a little more complexity and roundness than most blush wines.
